How To Build Muscle Quick – Easy Tips To Explode Your Growth

May 26th, 2010 Ronald Lindsay Comments off

Your muscle-building program is under way; you have done your homework, read up on muscle building and even joined a gym. Have you put a lot of time and effort into building muscle and not getting any results? It could be that everything you have read and heard is teaching you to build muscle the wrong way.

Hands down the most important step to transforming your pudgy belly into a fantastic body is proper nutrition. If you’re eating junk, your body is going to look like junk. If you’re eating great, your body is going to look great. It’s that simple. Furthermore when it comes to nutrition, you must eat healthy, but also eat constantly.

A 140 pound guy will need to eat around 3500 to see gains. Your muscles need all those extra calories so they can grow larger. If there’s not enough fuel, they won’t go anywhere.

You may feel like you are getting a cardio work out as you push through your training, but you are not getting the best workout for your cardiovascular system. Cardeo must be a part of your routine in order to recover from your weight training exercises. Aerobics plays an important roll in building muscle. It sends oxygen and blood flow to your muscles speeding up your recovery from your muscle-building workout.

Focusing on working your biceps more often and longer than the rest of your body will bring bigger biceps, Wrong! I know you want bigger biceps but in order to achieve that you need to work all the muscles in your body, not just your biceps.

Lastly, always keep progressing. You should be shooting for about 5% gains every two weeks. This isn’t a hard and fast rule; sometime you’ll only make 2%-3% gains, especially in your smaller muscles. However the important point is always be improving. You can’t expect your body to change if you’re not giving it any reason to do so.

Lifting for anything more than 10 reps only stimulates your slow twitch muscle fibers, which have about 0% growth potential. You want to stimulate your fast twitch muscle fibers to ensure growth.

After all that is what we are trying to achieve here is long-term results. The stronger you become the more you will be able to do, and your muscle mass will grow and so will your biceps. The techniques that I have outlined in this article will help you in your goals to learn how to build muscle

Learn How To Build Muscle With These Easy Steps

May 26th, 2010 Ronald Lindsay Comments off

There is a wealth of information on how to build muscle on the internet, in health and fitness magazines and in books. With all this information available it may seem impossible to get started on your muscle building program. In this article I’ll be discussing simple steps to build muscle easily.

These are useful in helping you to build muscle mass, but they do not teach you how to organize your diet and rest periods as well as show you which exercises are best to achieve best results. Some of the things that you need to take into account in order to build better and stronger muscle mass include addressing the issue of exercise intensity, blood flow, range of motion, calorie intake as well as recuperation and definition.

Not only do they typically appeal more to women but they are also believed to be strong enough to protect the latter. Looking stronger also usually equals more respect from girls, friends and your peers thanks to the media.

If you are interested in finding out how to gain muscle weight fast you must learn the basics. It is true that a lot of it depends on your body type which includes your metabolism and genetic make-up. But if you follow the science behind the process you will be able to gain muscles no matter who you are! Eating is a must. Although this may sound like a pretty basic requirement, it is the thing not taken seriously enough most often. Meals should increase in number and reduce in quantity.

Even if you are sure that you are doing very intensive workouts you must still ensure that sufficient (nay higher) amounts of blood flow to your muscles which in physiology is called The Pump. Though it is unclear why pumping helps to make muscles that are underdeveloped grow, experience will show that this is indeed the case, each and every time and without exceptions.

Once you have got these basics right, then in order to build muscle mass you may want to perform each and every exercise through the full range of your muscle as only then will you get the best muscle building effect. Or, you may want to try doing reps with partial range of motion which too can be very effective; so, you have to pick which method suits you the best, though both will provide desired results.

Speaking of workouts, regular workouts at a high enough intensity will ensure your muscles grow! Cardiovascular training as well as weights may be combined to stay lean while building muscles but for optimum muscle growth, I would leave cardio alone until you have enough muscle. (You will need the extra calories that you burn from cardio to gain muscle!) You should take in at least 1 gram of protein and almost twice that of carbohydrates (depends on your body type) for every pound of body weight you carry (This is a general formula).

In addition, besides simply stuffing your body with calories you must also allow for recuperative periods in which the body has time to synthesize new tissues of the calories consumed. As for definition, one pound is all that you should aim to gain in a week. More than this will usually not be possible in most cases. Hopefully this information has taught you how to build muscle without the need for supplements.

Bodybuilding Warehouse And Muscle Gain

February 15th, 2010 Chris Comments off

Hey Chris here, If you are looking for the best way to build muscle then I’m glad that you have found my bodybuilding warehouse blog and I strongly suggest that you keep reading….because this is my uncensored muscle building story. The ups and downs, what stuff didn’t work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my goal of building muscle.

I was sick and tired of not being noticed by any of the girls I fancied. It seemed that they were “available” but not for scrawny little me. I really lacked self confidence as well and this was not helping my cause. It might have been cute being that shy but it was not getting me results with the ladies. I was fast becoming a drop kick in many aspects of my life and one day I just had enough. I decided to do something about it. Click Here to see what helped me achieve wicked results.

My mate Dave encouraged me to join a gym but I knew I had to put on some bulk. Extreme diets did not work and seemed to make me even skinnier, going to the gym got me fit but I just did not put on any bulk, while the three protein drinks I tried did not seem to work either.

Eventually I stumbled across Muscle Advance Sports Nutritionals while doing some research on the net. I got noticeable results within a two weeks and ended up buying bulk of the stuff. I have ended up gaining over 20 kgs during the past couple of years and I attribute that to the muscle gain. The downside was that it does not work on its own. I actually spent more time at the gym but once I started seeing results that really wasn’t a problem. Visit a Bodybuilding Warehouse or Click here if you want to find out more about the product I used.
